Participation in the FEBU exams is subject to eligibility: the participant is either a final-year resident on an official training programme or certified in an EBU member country.

Data, ora și locația Adunării Generale a membrilor ARU:
Ședința Adunării Generale va avea loc în data de 26 mai 2022, ora 16:00, în sala Crowne Ballroom a Hotelului Crowne Plaza din București, Bdul. Poligrafiei nr. 1, Sector 1.
Adunarea Generală este organizată cu prilejul celui de-al XXXVIII-LEA CONGRES NAȚIONAL DE UROLOGIE ROMURO 2022, iarprezența dumneavoastră la ședința Adunării Generale este imperios necesară pentru asigurarea cvorumului necesar pentru ținerea ședinței în mod valabil și pentru exprimarea votului cu privire la punctele de pe ordinea de zi.
Ordinea de zi:
Exprimarea votului în legătură cu modificări ale Statutului ARU;
Alegerea noului Consiliu Director;
Alegerea noii Comisii de Cenzori;
Actualizarea componenței membrilor activi ai ARU, respectiv:
Constatarea încetării calității de membru pentru anumite persoane;
Exprimarea votului în legătură cu acordarea calității de membru activ în asociație persoanelor care au formulat cereri în acest sens;
Aprobarea execuției bugetare și bilanțului contabil pentru anul 2021;
Aprobarea bugetului pentru exercițiul financiar 2022 – 2023 și a planului de activități pentru perioada 2022 – 2023.
We are pleased to inform you that the next EBU In-Service Assessment will take place from 7 to 11 March 2022.
The In-Service Assessment is an invaluable tool that aims to monitor student learning and provide feedback to tutors which helps improve their teaching. This formative assessment comprises an MCQ test with 100 questions covering all fields of urology.
After the announcement of the results, the participants will receive temporary access to our examination management system. They can review the test questions and receive detailed feedback which enriches their current knowledge.
The regular fee for the EBU In-Service Assessment is € 60,00 per participant, while a reduced fee of € 50,00 is applicable to participants from EBU Certified Centres.

Institutul Clinic Fundeni a derulat în perioada 8 decembrie 2017 – 25 octombrie 2021 proiectul “Formare de excelență în domeniul Uro-Oncologie – FEDURO”, POCU/91/4/8/105910, cofinanțat din Programului Operațional Capital Uman 2014–2020, în valoare totală de 8.006.692,8 lei, din care valoarea nerambursabilă din FSE de 6.760.478,18 lei. În cadrul proiectului a fost organizat unui program de instruire și dezvoltare profesională pentru medici (rezidenți, medici specialiști și primari) din specialitatea urologie/nefrologie sau specialități conexe (oncologi, radiologi, endocrinologi, gastroenterologi, de medicina interna, de anestezie terapie intensiva, hematologi etc-si medici de familie), care activează în spitalele din toată țara. Obiectivul general al proiectului a vizat îmbunătățirea nivelului de competențe al profesioniștilor din sectorul medical, în domeniul prioritar de sănătate “Cancer”, prin derularea unui program de formare specifică în domeniul uro-oncologiei pentru 480 de profesioniști din domeniul medical, asigurarea unui nivel înalt de calitate al formării prin actualizarea programelor existente și participarea la schimburi de experiență/ schimburi de bune practici în domeniile prioritare de sănătate, pentru promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea sărăciei și a oricărei forme de discriminare, având ca prioritate creșterea accesului la servicii durabile și de înaltă calitate în domeniul asistenței medicale. Dintre rezultate previzionate atinse în urma derulării proiectului enumerăm: derularea la nivel național a 42 de sesiuni de formare acreditate în domeniul uro-oncologiei pentru 464 de medici (primari, specialiști și rezidenți), certificarea a 464 de profesioniști din domeniul medical, participarea a 44 de medici din grupul țintă la schimburi de experință/schimb de bune practici în state membre ale UE și obținerea de către 6 medici a atestatului de competențe în ultrasonografie generală. De asemenea, un important rezultat al proiectului, ce va fi utilizat și în perioada de sustenabilitate îl reprezintă elaborarea și tipărirea Ghidului de bune practici în patologia nefro- și uro-oncologică și imagistica în uro-oncologie. Acesta a fost distribuit către toți participanții proiectului și urmează a fi distribuit în perioada de sustenabilitate și către biblioteci universitare din România.

The impact that the COVID-19 crisis is having on our personal lives but also on our professional activities is unprecedented in modern times. We are all experiencing the effects, although the intensity varies strongly per country. We want to express our gratitude and respect for all the efforts our members across the world are taking to fight this battle together.
Of course, this pandemic also significantly impacted the European Association of Urology, forcing us to make some very difficult decisions over the past few months. Initially, we hoped that by delaying it, we could host an Annual Congress as normal, but soon it became clear that cancelling the physical meeting was the only option.
Many people have put a lot of work into the Annual Congress by submitting abstracts and compiling a very comprehensive plenary programme of the highest quality. Therefore, we are pleased to inform you that our Scientific Congress Office has developed an outstanding programme for our first virtual Annual EAU Congress. From Friday 17 until Sunday 19 July all the main highlights of the original programme will be presented online, followed by interactive discussions.
As a token of our gratitude to your commitment to our association, all EAU members will have free access to all scientific content of the meeting. Please find below more information on the virtual EAU20 Congress and how to access its content.

The three-day programme (17-19 July) will consist of highlights of the existing programme. It will be followed shortly afterwards by a week of evening series of themed online sessions presenting the Best of EAU abstracts and videos (20-26 July).
Just like EAU20 registrants, all EAU members will have access to the scientific content of the virtual congress via their MyEAU credentials.
